Am Rande des kurlandschaftlichen Jubiläumsparks befindet sich das Denkmal von Kaisers Wilhelm II. Dieser feierte 1913 sein 25. Regierungsjubiläum. Die Bad Homburger ehrten ihn mit der Anlage des Jubiläumsparkes und diesem Denkmal. Finanziert wurde es mit Spenden aus der Bürgerschaft. Auf dem zwei Meter hohen Buntsandstein-Quader berichtet eine Widmungsinschrift über Anlass und Entstehung des Denkmals. Ein ursprünglich angebrachtes Medaillon mit dem Reliefbildnis Wilhelms II. wurde 1920 demontiert. 1981 schuf die Bildhauerin Ortrud Krüger-Stohlmann ein neues Bronzerelief mit dem Profil des letzten deutschen Kaisers.
